On April 17, 2020 I used your services for installation of a Moen kitchen faucet which I purchased at Lowes. Your company sent out a repairman, Kevin, to install our faucet and arrived at 4:38pm on Friday afternoon. He was very professional and ...courteous and competed the job in only 58 minutes. He did advise that the cost was going to be $461.00 to install. I was floored and couldn't believe what i was hearing on the price he stated, but since he was here and it was too late on Friday to call another plumber and did not want to wait over the weekend to have it fixed, I RELUCTANLY agreed. Yes, the cost was revealed to me, but again, I felt I had no other choice due to my current situation. I must say I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in your price gouging under the serious situation in which we are currently livng in. People are out of work and trying to get by with whatever means they can. To charge for an apparently simple faucet replacement, when you have the proper tools, and charge this price for LESS than an hour is total robbery. I feel I was forced to agree due to our personal circumstance. I find and have heard that businesses are giving and have given discounts to people in these hard times to help individuals and still maintain business at a lower rate. I WILL NEVER use your services again and will communicate to all my neighbors, family and friends to avoid using your company due to over pricing and price gouging during our pandemic. I will also be writing a complaint to Angies List in which I received their recommendations for your company, for plumbing, and will also be contacting the BBB on your price gouging as well. I called on Friday morning and they scheduled a technician for same day, afternoon. They were prompt, professional and kept me informed about who was coming and that they were on their way. We have follow up work to be scheduled, but I am a fan of All ...Hours HVAC and Plumbing!Read More...

My air conditioning went out, and I have a newborn, so I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nick was great on the phone, made it to my house in about 45 minutes after hours, and was super nice and informative. Chad and Bill let me know as soon as they were on the way (same day as I called! Score!) Once they arrived, they quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my heater and made the repair. I was explained everything in a way I could understand and am so happy ...to have my heater running in tip top shape again! They even showed me the parts of the heater and explained how I can make sure my pilot light is lit at all times (I have no prior knowledge of these things so I greatly appreciated that). Chad was outstanding today. First it was one AC unit and then the 2nd went out before he got here.... on a Sunday in the middle of the afternoon! We had two complete HVAC systems replaced in the attic of our home. Additionally the condensers which were located in our backyard were replaced and moved to the side yard of the house. The technicians from AllHoursAir were friendly, conscientious, and ...expert in everything they did. Everyone arrived on time and excited to work in our home.
